March 30: Rallycross Race
SAFETY:
All vehicles must pass safety inspection on the following points prior to running:
- Working seat belts.
- Throttle return action.
- Securely mounted battery.
- No fluid leaks. Oil, coolant, etc.
- Adequate clutch (if applicable) & firm brake pedal.
- Tires must have measurable thread and be in good condition.
- Wheel bearings must have no play.
- All loose items, snap-on hubcaps, detachable fender skirts and trim rings must be removed.
- Closed toe shoes are required (no sandals or flip-flops).
10. Helmets are required. There are no helmet rentals, but we may have some loaners available. Per SCCA rules, helmets must be:
- Snell SA2020, SA2015, SA2010, SAH2010, M2020D, M2020R, M2015, M2010, K2020, K2015, K2010, EA2016;
• SFI 31.1 (2020, 2015, 2010), 41.1 (2020, 2015, 2010), 24.1 (2020, 2015,2010);
- FIA 8860-2018, 8860-2018-ABP, 8859-2015, 8860-2010. and in good condition.
(If you have any questions about a helmet, or need some advice on purchasing one before the event, please feel free to email with questions.)
Also be advised:
- NO ALCOHOL OR ILLICIT DRUGS ON SITE.
- NO SMOKING ON SITE.
- NO MINORS OR PETS ON GRID.
- MUFFLER NOISE LEVEL MUST BE BELOW 80 Db AT 100 Feet (Cars that are too loud will not be allowed to compete)
Registration:
Sunday Rallycross (CRS Points Series Race) $95
NON SCCA members add $15 for Sundays RX, Weekend membership included for Rally School Students.
Walkup payment will be accepted as well for Sunday RX only. cash, apple pay venmo, zelle. select "cash" if planning to pay on site.
Limited new registration will be available on Sunday during check in time.
*This is an SCCA sanctioned event held in accordance with current SCCA RallyCross rules. You must be an SCCA member, if you are not a member you will need to pay $15 for a weekend membership per SCCA rules. This covers your insurance for the entire event.
Schedule:
Sunday 03/30: CRS Points Race
7am: Gates Open
7:30-8:30am: Course open for walking / check in /tech inspections
8:45am: Drivers Meeting- MANDATORY FOR ALL DRIVERS. You must be checked in by this time. Failure to attend drivers meeting means you "Will Not" be able to drive that day.
9:15am: Run group 1 cars on Grid
9:30am: First car on course
Run/work groups:
Stock 2wd, Prep 2wd Run 1st Work 2nd
Stock AWD, Prep AWD Run 2nd Work 3rd
MOD AWD, MOD 2wd, SxS Run 3rd Work 1st
Run groups may be adjusted before event.
Podium announcements/trophies and Raffle prizes will take place right after we are finished racing on Sunday. (Must be present with your ticket to win)
We will be raffling of some awesome stuff and all drivers will be able to win! We will have some great items to give away from some of our local sponsors like, Dyno Runs at Fine Line Automotive Santa Rosa and Swag.
Camping:
Dry amping is available, the fairgrounds charges us $60 per night at the site, and there are no camping amenities. Please email Casey at fprenovate@gmail.com if you would like to camp so that we can make sure you have access. You can pay for your camping at when you arriver, it does not need to be done prior. Lot B is gated, however the gate will not be locked so you are responsible for your belongings while out there. Please do not drive the course after racing concludes, the fairgrounds has strict policies pertaining to time of use and we do not want to lose our ability to use this site.
