Bulk Email to Team from Captains

As a captain, I would like to easily email all my team members. Right now I have to cut'n'paste them into my email client. They should not see each other's contact info, so most likely the whole thing should be either brokered through sidewaysdata.com as a mailing list, or set up so that it's an email to myself with all the team members BCC'd.
