March 7th Update

This update features updates to the platform and a general progress update for the desktop timing software.

New Features

(Organizers) Support for exporting event entries in a Pronto-compatible format has been added.
(Organizers) New Payments page separate from Entries.
(Organizers) New account balance stats added to Payments page.
(Organizers) Proper editor with text formatting options for event descriptions and refund emails.
(Organizers) Bulk Refund functionality added with ability to monitor status and send emails.
Infrastructure for asking custom questions on signup done, and:
(Competitors) We now ask for membership ids on signup, depending on event type. For example, SCCA RallyCross events have an "SCCA Membership ID" qestion.

Changes

(Organizers) Payouts are now currently manual to make refunds for cancelled events easier. This way the funds are already ready for refund if you cancel the event, rather than having to transfer them back from your bank. We will add an "auto payout after event" option in the future.
(Everyone) We now ask for your full name on signup, fixing competitor's usernames showing in entry lists.
(Competitors) Registration dates are now tracked and reported on.

Bug Fixes

(Competitors) We now check if an entry number is already taken.
In the future we will remove the "alternative choices" inputs for vehicle numbers.
(Competitors) Cancellation flow stability improvements.
(Competitors) Fixed selecting payment option in event page not pre-selecting event option in registration form.
(Everyone) Stripe integration improvements to make refunds more reliabile, and:
(Organizers) Many stability improvements for payments and refunds.
(Competitors) Stability improvements for editing your own event entries.
(Everyone) Stability improvements for Account Home.

Timing Software Update

We are in progress of redoing the desktop timing software layout to make it more user friendly and flexible so we can add more features, stay tuned!
